APIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,262 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A2, RAI2, and SPC25. Each is linked with APIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APIP-to-partner and partner-to-APIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APIP versus SLC1A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
