APIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, CYP4F44P, and MTND2P25. Each is linked with APIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APIP-to-partner and partner-to-APIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by APIP-low versus APIP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
