APCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF4, NCR2, and OR1L1. Each is linked with APCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCS-to-partner and partner-to-APCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF4 grouped by APCS-low versus APCS-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
