Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCDD1L-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,752 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCDD1L-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, TIMP2, and FSCN1. Each is linked with APCDD1L-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCDD1L-DT-to-partner and partner-to-APCDD1L-DT results are reported.
