Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APCDD1L-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated APCDD1L-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher APCDD1L-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APCDD1L-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and THYM show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and LUSC are the cancer types where APCDD1L-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
