APBA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,806 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL6, TBC1D2B, and MTMR3. Each is linked with APBA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA1-to-partner and partner-to-APBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA1 versus BCL6 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
