AP3S2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3S2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,473 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAGAB, TMEM25, and H3C5P. Each is linked with AP3S2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP3S2 versus AAGAB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
