AP3S2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3S2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780A, LYPD6B, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with AP3S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780A grouped by AP3S2-low versus AP3S2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
