AOPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-19, SNRPCP15, and MIR6775. Each is linked with AOPEP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOPEP-to-partner and partner-to-AOPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-19 grouped by AOPEP-low versus AOPEP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
