AOAH-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOAH-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,359 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOAH-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, DOCK8, and IKZF1. Each is linked with AOAH-IT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOAH-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-AOAH-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AOAH-IT1 versus ARHGAP15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOAH-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOAH-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
