Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AOAH-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AOAH-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher AOAH-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AOAH-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THCA show a favorable association.

UCS, LUAD, and MESO are the cancer types where AOAH-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
