ANXA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, SEC24D, and SH3PXD2B. Each is linked with ANXA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA5-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA5 versus ZYX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
