ANXA2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,901 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, DOK2, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with ANXA2R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA2R-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA2R versus CORO1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
