ANXA2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA2R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, MSH2, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with ANXA2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA2R-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by ANXA2R-low versus ANXA2R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
