ANTXR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTXR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with ANTXR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR2-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ANTXR2-low versus ANTXR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTXR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTXR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
