Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANTXR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,930 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, Regulation of hemostasis, and Regulation of blood coagulation. Each is linked with ANTXR2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR2-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR2 results are reported.
