ANTXR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANTXR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLIG3, XKR4, and HSFY2. Each is linked with ANTXR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR2-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OLIG3 grouped by ANTXR2-low versus ANTXR2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTXR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTXR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
