ANP32AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,844 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP9P1, SERBP1P5, and RPL4P5. Each is linked with ANP32AP1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANP32AP1 versus SRP9P1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
