Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32AP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, c-Met_pY1235, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ANP32AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32AP1 results are reported.
