ANP32A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EDC3, RTF1, and POGK. Each is linked with ANP32A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32A-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANP32A versus EDC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
