ANO6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, SPC25, and SKA3. Each is linked with ANO6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO6-to-partner and partner-to-ANO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by ANO6-low versus ANO6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
