ANO6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, RETN, and CHIT1. Each is linked with ANO6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO6-to-partner and partner-to-ANO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by ANO6-low versus ANO6-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
