ANO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A5, FTHL17, and RCHY1. Each is linked with ANO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO2-to-partner and partner-to-ANO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A5 grouped by ANO2-low versus ANO2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
