ANKRD62

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD62-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, RPS10-NUDT3, and IGHV3OR16-13. Each is linked with ANKRD62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD62-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by ANKRD62-low versus ANKRD62-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD62→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
