ANKRD49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRE11, RAD50, and CPSF7. Each is linked with ANKRD49 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD49-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD49 versus MRE11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD49→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
