Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD36C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD36C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC113, UBE2W, and ZNHIT1. Each is linked with ANKRD36C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD36C-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD36C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD36C versus CCDC113 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD36C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD36C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
