Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD34A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD34A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF1, ANKRD34A_S473, and LARP4. Each is linked with ANKRD34A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD34A-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD34A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD34A versus PHF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD34A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD34A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
