ANKRD29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD29-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC5, TLR5, and IGLJ5. Each is linked with ANKRD29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD29-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 grouped by ANKRD29-low versus ANKRD29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
