ANKRD24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,045 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF77, CGRRF1, and CINP. Each is linked with ANKRD24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD24-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF77 grouped by ANKRD24-low versus ANKRD24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
