The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ANKRD20A19P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD20A19P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCS show a favorable association.
COAD, KICH, and KIRP are the cancer types where ANKRD20A19P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
