Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ANKRD20A19P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ANKRD20A19P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ANKRD20A19P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, ANKRD20A19P RNA expression shows 11,056 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where ANKRD20A19P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
