ANKRD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,069 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, OR4A42P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with ANKRD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD10-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by ANKRD10-low versus ANKRD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
