Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, GAPDH, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3-low versus ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1-EIF4EBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
