ANKFN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKFN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLNR, PIGL, and IL12B. Each is linked with ANKFN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKFN1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKFN1 versus MLNR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
