ANKAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,525 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF776, PAN3, and PAXBP1. Each is linked with ANKAR in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKAR-to-partner and partner-to-ANKAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKAR versus ZNF776 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
