ANKAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,441 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, LARP4_S722, and LMNB2. Each is linked with ANKAR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKAR-to-partner and partner-to-ANKAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKAR versus AGO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
