Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,430 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKAR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with ANKAR in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKAR-to-partner and partner-to-ANKAR results are reported.
