ANKAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G2E, OR2G3, and PNLIPRP3. Each is linked with ANKAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKAR-to-partner and partner-to-ANKAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G2E grouped by ANKAR-low versus ANKAR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
