ANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ANK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK2-to-partner and partner-to-ANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ANK2-low versus ANK2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
