Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANK2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANK2 data layer compared with 13 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ANK2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PAAD show a favorable association.

UVM, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where ANK2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
