ANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,366 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSIP2, PLXNA1, and KMT2A. Each is linked with ANK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK2-to-partner and partner-to-ANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSIP2 grouped by ANK2-low versus ANK2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
