ANGPT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGPT4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,488 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH9, SCML2, and HRC. Each is linked with ANGPT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH9 grouped by ANGPT4-low versus ANGPT4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
