ANAPC1P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AC4P, IGHVII-53-1, and NAV2-AS3. Each is linked with ANAPC1P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P4-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AC4P grouped by ANAPC1P4-low versus ANAPC1P4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
