ANAPC15P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC15P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,458 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC15P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS18P12, FAUP1, and GAPDHP60. Each is linked with ANAPC15P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC15P1-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC15P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC15P1 versus RPS18P12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC15P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC15P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
