Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL19P16 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL19P16 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL19P16 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPL19P16 RNA expression shows 7,488 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Together, these results highlight CESC, COAD, and OV as cancer lineages where RPL19P16 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
