Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL19P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL19P16 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPL19P16 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL19P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and THCA show a favorable association.
CESC, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where RPL19P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
