Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC15P1 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ANAPC15P1’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where ANAPC15P1 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ANAPC15P1 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
COAD, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANAPC15P1 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
