Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMY1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMY1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7155, RNU6-391P, and OR6C72P. Each is linked with AMY1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMY1B-to-partner and partner-to-AMY1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7155 grouped by AMY1B-low versus AMY1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMY1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMY1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
