AMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, CPSF7, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with AMT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMT-to-partner and partner-to-AMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMT versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
