AMT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GARS1, PSMD11, and SLC1A2. Each is linked with AMT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMT-to-partner and partner-to-AMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMT versus GARS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
